The Artisan Forum.
The Artisan Forum was formed in 2004 to bring representation from the Artisan Sector to the FSAI. A process of discussion has been Chaired by Dr. Wayne Anderson Chief Specialist, Food Science FSAI. Five sectors of Artisans have been identified and Sub-committees formed to identify the impact of regulation in these areas: dairy, meat, poultry, fish, and baking. There is also representation for The Irish Food Market Traders Association.
